We are very pleased to announce that 10 Wilmington Place has a new Executive Director, Troy Hutchinson. He will be reporting for duty on January 5, 2011. Troy Hutchinson is an accomplished seasoned Administrator with extensive experience in retirement communities and healthcare operations. Troy is dedicated, team -oriented and is focused on employee and resident satisfaction. His experience includes oversight of individual retirement communities and operational responsibility for a large retirement campus involving a number of facilities.
Troy was most recently the Senior Administrator in charge of operations at St. Leonard Retirement Community in the Dayton area. At St. Leonard’s Troy provided leadership for a healthcare service provider with over 700 residents which included: 120 bed skilled nursing facility, 160 licensed Assisted Living units and hundreds of Independent Apartments. Prior to St. Leonard’s Troy was an Administrator with Arbor communities, HCR Manor Care, and Trans Healthcare. He began his career with Good Samaritan Hospital.
We are delighted to have an Executive Director with Troy’s experience and commitment to resident satisfaction. He is very customer oriented and welcomes being part of the 10 Wilmington Place Community. Troy will be introduced to the Residents Council on December 10, 2010, and he will be visiting 10 Wilmington often before his arrival for work on January 5, 2011.
