The centerpiece of our community is our beautiful 34-acre site and historic building with its spacious front porch – the perfect place to visit with friends or enjoy the views of our lush,
green grounds.

Inside, the common areas are comfortable and inviting. Many of our residents tell us they feel at home here because features such as high ceilings, warm wood finishes and classic décor remind them of a childhood home.

The distinctive architecture of our historic building allows us to have over 30 floor plans to choose from. This provides you a unique space to call your own.

Room to be yourself

Our apartments are bright and airy, offering plenty of light and room. There’s enough space for couples and even small pets. You may choose from two-bedroom, one-bedroom and studio units, each with:

  • A private kitchen

  • An emergency call system located in the bedroom and bathroom
  • 24-hour on-site staff
  • Individually controlled heating and air conditioning units

At 10 Wilmington Place, we know that convenience is key to your well-being. That’s why we provide home health care services right in your own residence through Gem City Home Care.

From skilled nursing care to help with meal preparation, the Gem City Home Care staff provides the help you need in the comfortable surroundings of your own home at an affordable fee. Assistance includes:
  • Nurses
  • Therapists
  • Homemakers
  • Medical social worker

Get back on your feet
On-site rehab services (a la cart)

You may have short-term needs for rehabilitative care after surgery or other hospital stays for illness or injury. We can help you recover from a stroke, knee replacement or other situations that require further care and assistance, but not hospitalization.

Therapy services are especially important to those receiving care for rehabilitation. Working in partnership with Gem City Home Care, we offer:
  • Physical therapy
  • Occupational therapy
  • Speech therapy

You can rest assured knowing a caring and helping hand is right here whenever you may need it.
