Each memory care plan is designed based on the resident’s personality profile, activity preferences and cognitive level. This comprehensive assessment allows us to provide customized and stimulating activities that help each individual stay active and engaged while reducing the difficult or agitated behaviors residents often experience. Also, we regularly review and update our memory care plans and therapeutic activity programs to ensure they remain effective.

Bringing their own furniture, belongings and other comforts of home helps residents create a sense of safety and familiarity. Families are encouraged to be a part of assessments and developing care plans for their loved ones

Our comfortable, family-style environment includes a full security system that allows access for visitors while keeping residents safe from wandering.
