The most common compliment we hear at 10 Wilmington Place is that the our food is so good. Our meals are carefully planned to be nutritious, full of variety and extremely well-prepared.
On July 15, 2006, in Philadelphia, 10 Wilmington Place received the American Culinary Federation Achievement of Excellence Award. This award was created to honor those properties that demonstrate excellence and passion for the culinary arts through their unparalleled food and beverage program. We are honored to be named this year’s recipient.
Eclipse Integrity Awards
10 Wilmington Place Wins Eclipse Integrity Award
We are proud to announce that 10 Wilmington Place is the recipient of the
2006 Better Business Bureau Integrity Award. This award, presented May 16th, is given
annually in recognition of companies employing a high degree of ethical
business standards. Demonstration of outstanding integrity and
professionalism within the Dayton community is a proven attribute of all
Integrity Award winners.

Chef Keith Davis is Inducted into the Culinary
Honor Society
The American Academy of Chefs inducted Chef Keith
Davis into its Honor Society this year during the American Culinary Federations
national convention. The designation was awarded on July 17, 2004 in Orlando, Florida.
We, the staff and
residents of 10 Wilmington Place, are very proud to have an individual with such
distinction to serve as our own personal chef. Congratulations, Keith, from
all of us!
American Culinary Federation Names Keith Davis
Chef of the Year - 2003!
The Greater Dayton
Chapter of the American Culinary Federation has presented Keith Davis, the executive chef
at 10 Wilmington Place, the Chapters Chef of the Year Award for
2003.
Additionally, Keith was
honored by the national president of the American Culinary Federation with the 2002
Presidential Medallion, one of only 25 awarded nationally.
10 Wilmington Place is
pleased and proud that Chef Keith Davis performs his culinary wizardry everyday for our
dining pleasure!
