We create a customized care plan to address the need for medical administration and nutritional support, and always work closely with families to make both you and the resident feel as comfortable as possible. The Josephine Memory Care Center was named after our founder’s mother, Josephine Humphries, who suffered from Alzheimer's disease for over a decade. Being a family-owned and -operated facility, this care center holds a special place in our community and continues to celebrate each individual while honoring her legacy
and memory.

When assisting residents who are diagnosed with Alzheimer's disease and advanced dementia, we take the time to get to know each individual by learning about their life story and work with their families to provide a safe and comforting environment at every turn. We follow a repetitive daily routine to help avoid overwhelming residents and provide the predictability and familiarity they may need.

At 10 Wilmington Place, each resident can benefit from engaging daily activities filled with fun brain games, helpful trivia and puzzles, crafts, physical exercise, and more! Members of 10 Wilmington Place’s staff regularly receive specialized training to create meaningful connections and better engage with our Memory Care residents. These training sessions are led by our amazing Memory Care Manager.
