Is Independent Living the same as Assisted Living?
Not quite. Independent Living is for seniors who want a social, maintenance-free lifestyle but don’t require daily care. If your needs change, we offer on-campus transitions to Assisted Living or Memory Care.
Can I bring my pet?
Yes, small pets are welcome!
Do I have to be from Dayton to move in?
Not at all. We serve families from all over southwest Ohio and beyond. Many move from Springboro, Oakwood, Kettering, or Beavercreek to be closer to loved ones. And, some even move from out-of-state to be closer to family locally.
What’s included in the monthly rent?
