How much does Memory Care cost at 10 Wilmington Place?

Caring for a loved one with memory loss can bring both emotional and logistical challenges. At 10 Wilmington Place, our Memory Care program is designed to provide the safety, structure, and personalized support your loved one deserves, all in a warm and welcoming environment.

Monthly all-inclusive rates start at $6,600. Pricing depends on suite size and level of care, but all residents receive access to a secure, thoughtfully designed community staffed by trained caregivers 24 hours a day.

What’s included in the monthly rate

Unlike some communities that charge separately for care services, 10 Wilmington Place offers all-inclusive pricing for most residents. That means your monthly rate covers:

  • A private studio or shared suite
  • A personalized care plan that includes help with medications, meals, and daily routines
  • Activities and programming specifically designed by our Memory Care Activity Director for those with Alzheimer’s or another form of dementia
  • 24/7 on-site nursing support
  • Three chef-prepared meals daily, plus snacks (with special diets and feeding assistance available)
  • Weekly housekeeping and personal laundry service
  • Transportation to scheduled outings
  • Behavior-based therapy and engagement programs
  • Most utilities (heating and air, water, electric, and trash)

If your loved one requires a high level of physical or emotional support, an additional $900/month extensive care fee may apply.

Safe, comfortable surroundings that feel like home

Memory Care residents live in a secure community designed to support safety and reduce confusion. The layout is easy to navigate, with familiar routines and comforting spaces to encourage calm and connection. From the private suites to the cozy common areas, everything has been thoughtfully chosen to create a peaceful, enriching atmosphere.

A community that celebrates the individual

At 10 Wilmington Place, we believe Memory Care should focus on honoring each person’s unique story. We get to know our residents as individuals—their preferences, personalities, and routines—so we can provide care that feels personal, not clinical.

Residents enjoy behavior-based engagement programs that promote connection and reduce distress. Family members are welcomed as part of the care team, and we provide regular updates and open communication to help you feel confident in your loved one’s care.

Support for families, too

In partnership with the Alzheimer’s Association of Dayton, 10 Wilmington Place hosts a monthly Dementia Caregiver Support Group. Held on the third Thursday of each month from 5 to 6 p.m., this group is open to the public and provides a space for connection, resources, and encouragement.

Memory loss can be difficult, but you don’t have to navigate it alone.
