It’s almost that time again! Time to break out your shorts, flip-flops (or dancing shoes) and kick back to great music at 10 Wilmington Place. The iconic Summer Concert Series is nearly here!
Each year, 10 Wilmington Place’s Summer Concert Series brings music, community, and good times to our beautiful outdoor amphitheater. As one of the only senior living communities in the Dayton area with a dedicated amphitheater, this beloved tradition is something that makes 10 Wilmington Place (and summers in Dayton!) truly special.
Residents and invited guests can enjoy live performances from well-known musical acts, delicious appetizers prepared by Certified Executive Chef Keith Davis, and refreshing beverages—including a selection of alcoholic drinks—all while soaking in the summer atmosphere. Whether you prefer to sit back and relax in the shade or get up and dance, there’s something for everyone (and dancing is certainly encouraged)!
This year, the series will feature one concert per month for four months. If the weather doesn’t cooperate, the event will be moved indoors to our Grand Oaks dining room, ensuring the music never stops.

- Thursday, August 14th: The Fries
- Thursday, September 11th: The Muleskinner Band
What to expect when you get here
- Our full address is: 10 Wilmington Ave, Dayton, OH 45420
- Parking: Guests can park in the front lot near the flagpole or in the overflow lot just beyond it. A drop-off area is also available at the front entrance under the awning.
- Check-in & Seating: Upon arrival, guests will be greeted and escorted downstairs to the concert area, where they can find seating, grab a bite to eat, and enjoy the event.
- The Show: The concert lasts about an hour and a half and is a great opportunity to socialize, dance, and enjoy live music in a relaxed setting.
