Our Assisted Living community is designed for the senior who needs a bit more hands-on support and assistance during their day, but who still wants to live in an energetic community. Instead of charging add-on prices, our services and advanced care plans are built in, giving our residents the holistic care that they require without worrying about being nickeled and dimed. And our Assisted Living space is right down the hall from our Independent Living and Memory Care residents, maintaining our tight-knit community.
Amenities for our Assisted Living residents include:
- Choice of studio or one-bedroom apartment that’s nearly three times larger than the national average and features a full kitchen and ample storage
- Nursing staff on-site and available 24 hours a day

Memory Care
Our Memory Care Center is named in honor of the mother of our owner and founder Barry Humphries. Josephine Humphries bravely faced Alzheimer's for 14 years, inspiring the deep personal connection that drives our commitment to excellence and our mission to provide the best Memory Care in the Dayton area.
At 10 Wilmington Place, we understand that each person's journey with memory loss is unique.
