It’s our favorite time of year at 10 Wilmington Place!

During the holiday season, our beautiful campus comes alive with the buzz of activities, gorgeous lights from our decorations and the warm and fuzzy feeling that comes from our community embracing the holidays. 

We kicked things off in earnest with our Holiday Open House, hosted this year on December 9 from 1-4 p.m. 

It was a magical afternoon at 10 Wilmington Place, with a holiday bazaar featuring more than 10 different vendors, delicious holiday treats and beverages, live music, apartment tours, massages, caricature drawing, and a visit from Santa himself! 

Of course, in the true spirit of the season, we’re also taking the opportunity to collect donations for The Dayton Foodbank, so be sure to bring a canned good or non-perishable item! 

Our holiday fun doesn't stop there. Throughout the season, our staff and residents truly enjoy the holiday season. You can enjoy the 2-story lighted tree as you enter the building. It lights up the night and rings in the holiday spirit. 

Residents love decorating their apartments, hallway and windows with holiday cheer! They bring the fun to our holiday-themed community events, which include:

• Holiday movie showings in our state-of-the-art theaters, with popcorn and themed movies rolling all December long.
• A New Year’s Eve Social, where residents ring in the New Year together while enjoying a performance.
• Cookie decorating for our residents and their family and friends — trust us, everyone benefits from this one!
• Visits to holiday lights so that our residents can see the incredible displays set up around the Dayton area, including Light Up Middletown. 

In addition to these events, our daily activities include holiday dinners, trivia, live entertainment, sing-alongs and much more.
