Our short-term Independent Living apartments are perfect for snowbirds who stay—or those who flee—when winter settles in. Because we only require a three-month minimum stay, you can combat the cold with like-minded comrades or find your way back to Ohio when the ice melts and returns back to lush, green grass. One of our residents’ favorite features is the fact that these apartments are fully furnished. This means no moving stress or expensive storage facilities.

With our short-term apartment options, you don’t have to give up the lifestyle you enjoy. You have optimal flexibility without giving up any freedoms. There’s plenty to do in our community all year long, and with a pet-friendly policy, we invite your entire family to take part in a seasonal stay at 10 Wilmington Place.

Why 10 Wilmington is the Perfect Seasonal Home 

At 10 Wilmington Place, we offer full-time features for part-time residents. Monthly rent includes two meals a day: continental breakfast and either lunch or dinner. All your utilities and basic cable are included as well as bi-weekly housekeeping and maintenance. You can also tailor your stay with upgrades and additional services.

Our goal is to make your stay easy, no matter how long you’re here. We offer scheduled transportation around town and proudly include a 24-hour emergency call system.
