Chris has over 32 years of healthcare experience, from working as an STNA in a long-term care setting, to serving as both an Assisted Living and Memory Care Director within the senior living industry. In his younger years, Chris spent time volunteering in nursing homes in high school. Since then, he’s been passionate about healthcare and helping people. His favorite part about working with seniors is learning his residents’ histories and hearing them talk about their families or career, and he was instantly drawn to us because of the happiness he saw on our residents’ faces. 

At 10 Wilmington Place, Chris is excited to implement new activity programming experiences. He feels Memory Care units are at their best when the focus is on interactive and meaningful activities and programming. He’ll be an enthusiastic teacher to the rest of the 10 Wilmington Place team, training and educating others on Alzheimer’s, dementia and programming. 

Outside of work, Chris loves taking advantage of the variety of amenities Dayton has to offer. He and his partner are frequent visitors to Dayton’s many independent restaurants and supporters of the area’s arts and museums. 

He can’t wait to get to know the 10 Wilmington Place community, and wants current and prospective residents and their loved ones to know that he plans to treat residents like his own family, creating an environment where he’d be happy to welcome his own loved ones.
